We have the pleasure to forward to you this correspondence relating to the athletes’ participation in SWIMMING competitions at the 14th FINA World Championships to be held in Shanghai (CHN) on 16th-31st July 2011.
Please be informed that the FINA Bureau during the meeting in Bangkok (THA) on 14-16 January 2010 made decision to implement the qualifying procedure with A and B standard time for the swimmers’ participating at the 14th FINA World Championships - Shanghai 2011.
