We have the pleasure to forward you the FINA Rules on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions approved by the FINA Bureau on 30th January 2016 in Budapest (HUN).

Please note that these new Rules, effective immediately, are implementing article V.C.4 of the FINA Code of Ethics (fina.org/sites/default/files/fina_codeofethics.pdf ) and are applicable to all FINA Family, including but not limited to athletes, athlete support personnel, referees, judges, officials, executives, staff members as well as any accredited or engaged persons in relation with competitions. Consequently, we kindly ask you to inform your members accordingly.
